UPDATES:

4/16/2009
We have added a BAREIS MLS to the analytics pages. Please let North Bay Appraisers know that this capability is now on line. Comming soon, SFAR MLS.

4/16/2009
We have added a page that allows analysis of Low, High, Average and Predominate Price and Ages. This is completed by clicking on the "1004MC Analytics" Menu and then by clicking on the "Low-High-Predominate" link.

Pricing will be available later this month when result sets can be retrieved. It is anticipated that subscriptions to the 1004MC project will be between $5 and $10 monthly to help pay for bandwidth, software and IT staffing. But for, it's free, so use it as much as you can.

3/31/2009
We have added info for the REO Analysis portion of the 10004MC and suggested text as well as new line and bar graphs. Also, an interface to see your record-set. This allows you to change or delete outliers. To access your record-set, click on "View, Edit Record Set" on the Record Set menu. If you have weird data points, like Year Built 9999 or an anomalous record, you can estimate, correct or remove the record to get a better indicator of trends. We hope to add individual trend line graphs for all of the Inventory Analysis lines in the next couple of days. If you have any questions or suggestions, please contact us at:
